Intermedia.Net Provides Free Outlook 2007 With Hosted Exchange
New York, New York – (The Hosting News) – January 8, 2007 – Microsoft Exchange hosting company, Intermedia.NET, is the first host to provide clients with a free download of Microsoft’s new Outlook 2007 software, combined with hosted Exchange 2007, for every user of the service.
The free Outlook 2007 download is available to all current and new customers, whether they are using Exchange 2003 or Exchange 2007. All users of Intermedia.NET’s Small Business and Enterprise Exchange 2003 hosting service will be upgraded to Exchange 2007 for free during the course of this year.

Using the same technology as Windows Desktop Search and Windows Vista, Instant Search keeps an always up-to-date index of all of the information stored in Outlook. This means that the results list will often appear in less than one second, as compared to the minimum of 30 seconds past versions of Outlook could take.

Other exciting changes and improvements made to the new version of Outlook include:

- Improved anti-phishing and junk email technologies that help prevent both junk and malicious email, along with new Outlook Email Postmark, which helps to ensure that email is legitimate and that mail sent by Outlook 2007 will be trusted by the recipient’s computer.
- Improved scheduling capabilities that make scheduling easier by suggesting ideal meeting times and locations and a new Calendar Overlay mode that allows users to view and navigate multiple calendars at once.
- A new results-oriented user interface that makes composing, formatting, and acting on email easier and more intuitive.
