Cheval Capital Attains 100th Milestone
Alexandria, Virginia – (Website Hosting Directory) – November 6, 2007 – Investment banking firm and web hosting industry specialist, Cheval Capital, has reported that it has advised on its 100th successful transaction in the web hosting, ISP and related Internet services businesses.
The sale marks the 19th transaction that Cheval has completed in 2007. Cheval achieved this milestone with the successful sale of web hosting firm, Host Department, LLC to Nettlinx, Limited, a Bombay Stock Exchange listed company that provides Internet, Bandwidth, Hosting, VOIP and Enterprise Services. Cheval Capital represented Host Department in the transaction.
